We were delighted to see Sattaché featured in the Accessories Council’s Member Spotlight, sharing the story behind the brand and the thinking that inspired its design.
The Accessories Council is a respected organisation that supports designers and brands across the global accessories industry, so being included in their newsletter was a lovely moment for the team.
For our founder Irina Titova-Kashan, the idea for Sattaché began with a simple yet impactful observation while travelling between cities. She noticed how often women were forced to change shoes throughout the day, switching between trainers, heels, or weather-appropriate footwear, yet there was no elegant way to carry that second pair.
Too often, shoes ended up in plastic bags or crammed into already crowded handbags.
Irina set out to design a bag that would solve this everyday problem without compromising on style. The result was the Sattaché Classic Bag, designed with a discreet shoe compartment and a structured interior that helps keep everything organised throughout the day.
The spotlight highlights this idea of intentional design, creating accessories that don’t just look good but support the rhythm of modern life.
It means a lot that our mission has been recognised by organisations that champion innovation and independent designers in the accessories industry. A big thank you to the Accessories Council for the feature and for supporting emerging brands like Sattaché!
