Your order will be shipped within the same business day if the order is placed by 12 pm EST on the same day and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details. Delivery timing is estimated from the time your order is placed. All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday excluding holidays. Sattaché cannot be held responsible for any unanticipated delivery delays beyond Sattaché's control.
If you would like delivery before the Christmas Holiday, we recommend ordering by the below dates:
- Friday, December 6: Last recommended day to ship USPS services (Priority).
- Friday, December 13: Last recommended day to ship UPS Expedited services (UPS 2nd Day). Why so early? Expedited guarantees from UPS is suspended, meaning they are effectively just slightly faster Ground services.
